Exchanges

Hellllllooo
This week I got to go on exchanges with my 2nd companion!! She's the greatest and I missed her so much. It was awesome to see how much we have grown in the past year. We went on exchanges 1 year ago to the day we were companions!

Something so cool this week: I felt super prompted to try by this member named Brandon in our area book. So we did one night, and he was outside with a friend. He was pretty excited to see us, and invited us right in. He told us about how he was baptized when he was 10, and is one of the only members in his family. He expressed to us his desire he's always had to serve a mission, despite being inactive for the majority of his life. He introduced us to his younger siblings and told us about his desire for them to be baptized as well. We talked to his little brother about learning more, and he was super excited. They next day, the siblings were taught the Plan of Salvation, and Brandon helped teach it. He came to church Sunday for the first time in a long time, and even removed his earrings while sitting in the pew before sacrament. We have an appointment with him Tuesday to teach him the Restoration, and his siblings are now being taught by the family ward missionaries (-:

Yesterday we introduced the Missionary Quest to our members! They are all super excited about it, and of course so are we! It is going to be a great opportunity for them get more engaged in missionary work. We gave them call letters and a list of tasks and how many points they are worth. They are going to be reporting on their experiences in our branch GroupMe and hopefully getting each other pumped! We were able to have many lessons this week with members to teach them the message of the Restoration. We know that personal conversion is what helps people want to share the gospel!

Oops I'm out of time! But I love y'all! Have a great week!
